All prices are listed in EURO and are per person/per day, including our pampering full-board and excluding local tax.
Please note that arrival at JOCHELIUS is via cable car and skis! The cable car operates until 4:00 pm to bring you up the mountain, and from there, no additional lifts are required to reach JOCHELIUS. A "blue" slope leads you directly to our location. Exclusively for JOCHELIUS guests, a single-use mountain ascent ticket for the Bergkastel cable car is available for EUR 15.00 per person. Approximately one week prior to your arrival, you will receive a detailed arrival guide via email.
Arrival for non-skiers and luggage service: Transferred luggage will be transported up the mountain at 5:00 pm
the JOCHELIUS EXPRESS. Non-skiers, babies, and dogs can also use this service with prior registration.

At JOCHELIUS, we spoil you from morning until evening with our pampering board. Enjoy our rich breakfast buffet, afternoon snacks, and gourmet evening menu to your heart's content.

- Various themed evenings with different choices, as well as a daily seasonal salad buffet and a selection of cheeses from local farmers
- Coffee, tea, and drinks from our juice fountain (including elderberry juice, ski water, and water from our own spring)

Local tax
Local tax: Adults € 3.50 per night (children up to 15 years are exempt from local tax)

- 4-6 years EUR 42,00 per child and day
- 7-11 years EUR 72,00 per child and day
- 12-15 years EUR 92,00 per child and day
Check-In / Check-Out
You can check into your room from 14.00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am.
Arrival by cable car & skis
Please note that you arrive at the JOCHELIUS by cable car and skis! The cable car takes you up the mountain until 16:00 - from there you don't need any other lifts to get to the JOCHELIUS.
A “blue” slope leads directly to Jochelius. Exclusively for Jochelius guests there is a one-off ticket for the Bergkastel cable car for EUR 15.00 per person.
You will receive a detailed travel description by e-mail approximately one week before arrival.
Nicht-Skifahrer, Babys und Hunde können mit vorheriger Anmeldung um 17:00 Uhr mit dem JOCHELIUS EXPRESS hochgefahren werden.
Luggage service
The luggage handed over will be taken up by the JOCHELIUS EXPRESS at 17:00.
Parking
You can park your vehicle free of charge in parking spaces specially marked for JOCHELIUS guests.
Desired room
Please understand that we cannot guarantee specific room numbers and floors. The floor plans of the rooms are schematic, deviations are therefore possible.
Dogs
Dogs are very welcome here. Accommodation for your four-legged friend costs 20.00 euros per day without food. Basket and bowl are already available in the room on arrival.
Reservation
A booking is only valid after receipt of a written booking confirmation! If a reservation is made, the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
Billing - Credit cards
Bank transfer before departure; EC debit card, credit card (Mastercard, Visa Card) or cash on site.
Deposit ???
For a fixed reservation a deposit is required. (according to the reservation letter) Terms and Conditions according to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions.
Travel insurance

Cancellations
Cancellations are only valid in written form and will be charged as follows:
- Cancellations more than 31 days before arrival are free of charge. However, we charge a processing fee of € 25.00 per booked room.
- Cancellations up to one month before the agreed arrival date at the latest are subject to a cancellation fee of 40% of the total package price.
- If you cancel up to 7 days before the start of your vacation, we will charge 70% of the total package price.
- In the last week before the day of arrival 90% - even in the event of late arrival or early departure, for whatever reason, the same rule applies.
The general terms and conditions apply according to the Austrian hotel contract conditions. Children up to the age of 14 are excluded from the residence law.
