Prices:
- Prices per person / day
- Prices include pampering full board (winter) or pampering half board (summer)
- Prices including statutory taxes and excluding local tax
- Local tax: adults € 2.80 per night (children up to 15 years are exempt from local tax)
You can move into your room from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 11.00 a.m.
Please understand that we cannot guarantee certain room numbers and floors. The floor plans of the rooms are schematic, so deviations are possible.
Arrival winter:
Please note that you can get to our hut by cable car and skis! The train will take you up the mountain until 4:00 p.m. - from there you don't need any additional lifts to get to the JOCHELIUS. A "blue" slope leads directly to the Jochelius. You can use your ski pass free of charge from 3 p.m. on the day before it is valid.
You will receive a detailed description of how to get there by email about one week before your arrival.
Arrival summer:
Please note that the journey to our hut takes place with the hotel shuttle! It is NOT possible to travel with my own vehicle.

Parking spot:
You can park your vehicle free of charge in parking spaces specially marked for JOCHELIUS guests.
Dogs:
Dogs are very welcome with us. Accommodation for your four-legged friend costs 20.00 euros per day without food.
Baskets and bowls are ready in your room upon arrival.
Means of payment
Bank transfer before departure; EC debit card, credit card (Mastercard, Visa Card) or cash on site.

Our general cancellation conditions
Please note our general cancellation conditions:

Cancellations more than 31 days before arrival are free of charge. However, we charge a processing fee of € 25.00 per booked room.
In the event of cancellation up to one month before the agreed arrival date at the latest, a cancellation fee of 40% of the total arrangement price must be paid.
In the event of cancellation up to 7 days before the start of the holiday, we will charge 70% of the total arrangement price.
In the last week before the day of arrival 90% - even in the case of late arrival or early departure, for whatever reason, the same rule applies.

We STRONGLY recommend taking out travel cancellation or travel interruption insurance!
After a successful booking, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, for example with "Europäische Reiseversicherung".
